All proceeds raised through sponsorship & tickets sales and donations allow The Christi Center to continue providing grief services to those who have lost loved ones for FREE, as long as they need it.\nGrief work is sacred because you are walking with someone during the hardest and saddest time of their lives and there is nothing that can be said or done to “fix” it.\nThis is why The Christi Center has been essential to Central Texas for over 35 years. We provide hope after the death of a loved one by providing support networks, community education, and therapeutic activities that are ongoing, peer based, and free of charge. And I can tell you that our work is needed now more than ever.\nLast year alone we saw:\n\nAn increase in the number of children and teens attending peer groups\nIncrease in youth in individual counseling\nAn incredible increase in crime victims who received direct assistance\nWe received over 900 calls seeking services\n\nPartner with us in this important work by supporting Heart Connections through your purchase of a sponsorship!\n
