DESCRIPTION:We offer support groups for adults who have lost a loved one to suicide.  Groups are held every Tuesday evening online or in-person in Austin.\nParticipants benefit from the support of individuals who are also facing traumatic loss. We offer a safe space to express yourself and provide coping strategies to help manage the particularly complex emotions associated with loss to suicide.\nOnline offered on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays (and 5th Tuesdays if there is a 5th Tuesday that month)\n
