35th Anniversary Luncheon Honoring Susan and Don Cox
On Christi Center Day, October 26, 2022, Christi Center members, donors, supporters and partners gathered to celebrate the Center's 35 years of hope and healing. Founders Susan and Don Cox were honored for their vision and commitment so that no one has to grieve alone.
In the 35 years since its creation, the Christi Center has served over 100,000 people. The Tsunami of grief flows and the need remains: in October 2022, the Center received a record number of intake calls.
As a result of the generosity of our donors, over $180,000 was raised to help the Christi Center meet that need.

CHRISTI CENTER DAY PROCLAMATIONS
Thirty-five years to the day of the founding of the Christi Center (as "For the Love of Christi"), all major governmental entities in central Texas designated October 26, 2022 as Christi Center Day. Travis County, Williamson County, the City of Georgetown and the City of Austin issued proclamations honoring the Center and founders Susan and Don Cox.
